Reiki

Energy circulates within and around all living beings and directly influences your health.

Reiki is a Japanese technique that emphasizes the holistic well-being of an individual—addressing the body, emotions, mind, and spirit. It offers a variety of benefits and can enhance your overall wellness. Reiki promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and can alleviate pain by restoring balance and aligning the energies within the meridians, chakras, and auric fields. This approach is simple, natural, and safe, making it accessible for everyone to experience and benefit.


A Reiki session is a time to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Many people describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded after a session. Some notice immediate relief from symptoms, while others experience subtle shifts over time. 


What to Expect During a Reiki Session: 

A Reiki session is a calming and restorative experience to help you feel relaxed, supported, and rebalanced. Whether it's your first time or you're returning for ongoing care, the process is simple, gentle, and deeply nurturing.


Sessions take place in a peaceful, private space. You'll lie down fully clothed on a massage table, and soft lighting and calming music will create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. 


Kim will lightly place her hands on or slightly above specific areas of your head and body with the intention of channeling healing energy to you. There is no pressure or manipulation used during a Reiki treatment. 


Most people feel a sense of deep calm during a session. You may notice warmth, tingling, or gentle energy movement. It's also common to become so relaxed that you fall asleep, which is perfectly okay. 


Each session is unique. Some individuals feel immediate shifts in mood, stress, or discomfort, while others notice more gradual changes over time. The effects can be subtle but powerful, often leaving you feeling more centered, clear, and at ease. 


After the session, you will feel relaxed, refreshed, and even energized. Drink water and give yourself a little time to gently transition back into your day. The benefits of Reiki often continue unfolding in the hours or days that follow. 


Reiki can complement traditional medical treatments and is used in hospitals worldwide. While it doesn’t diagnose or cure disease, numerous studies and personal testimonials indicate it can offer significant benefits.
