My passion is to help others on their healing journey.
My journey into energy healing began in my early 20s. I was always fascinated by how to stay calm, centered, and balanced — and I found myself drawn to books and practices on meditation and breathwork. It started as a quiet curiosity, something I explored slowly over the years. But in 2006, everything shifted.
A close family member experienced a medical crisis, and suddenly, my interest became urgent and deeply personal. I dove headfirst into learning Eden Energy Medicine and EFT Tapping — tools that felt both powerful and practical. I didn't know then just how much they would end up supporting not only my loved ones but also myself.
In 2008, life brought me to my knees. What I witnessed during that time left me frozen — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Despite years of spiritual practice and energy work, I couldn't move. I could barely speak. I curled into myself, overwhelmed by the freeze response. And then, instinctively, I did the only thing I could manage: I tapped. Just one fingertip under my eye, using the EFT technique I had learned.
Within 20 minutes, something began to shift. My energy stirred. I tapped on a few more points. It was subtle, but it was enough. Enough to start to bring me back to myself. Enough to give me a small amount of energy to take the next step. That moment didn't just help — it changed everything.
Since then, EFT Tapping has become a cornerstone of my personal life and the foundation of my healing practice.
Over the years, I've expanded my work to include EFT, Reiki, Advanced Energy Medicine, Akashic Records readings, and Beyond Quantum Healing. These tools allow me to gently support clients in releasing emotional blocks, shifting deep-seated patterns, and reconnecting with the truth of who they are.
I've had the privilege of working with clients from ages 8 to 82, guiding them through stress, trauma, self-doubt, and soul-level transformation. My approach honors the full spectrum of our human experience, encompassing emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual aspects.
Healing, to me, begins in a space of safety, compassion, and deep listening. That's what I offer: a space where you can show up exactly as you are and be supported on your journey.
